The invention provides a 3D printed rear steering knuckle, a manufacturing method, a suspension system and an automobile. The 3D printed rear steering knuckle with a shaft hole connecting base and a connecting arm comprises a reinforcing rib arranged on the connecting arm, a hollow weight reduction structure, a hollow structure and a plurality of supporting plates, wherein the reinforcing rib which is formed to be unequal in thickness and irregular along a stress path is used for connecting at least parts of the connecting arm and a shaft hole connecting base and/or the other connecting arm; the hollow weight reduction structure is arranged on the connecting arm; and the plurality of supporting plates arranged in the stress direction of the inner wall surfaces of the hollow structures arearranged between the inner wall surfaces of parts of the hollow structure. According to the 3D printed rear steering knuckle, the reinforcing rib is arranged on the connecting arm along a stress path;and the hollow structure of the supporting plate and the hollow weight reduction structure are combined, on the basis that the 3D printed rear steering knuckle has enough stress strength, the weightof the 3D printed rear steering knuckle is greatly reduced, light weight of a suspension system and the automobile is easily achieved, and maneuverability and comfort of the automobile are guaranteed.

    本发明提供了一种3D打印后转向节、制作方法、悬架系统及汽车,其中具有轴孔连接座和连接臂的3D打印后转向节包括:设置于连接臂上的加强筋,沿受力路径形成为不等厚的且不规则的加强筋连接至少部分连接臂与轴孔连接座和/或另一连接臂;设置于连接臂上的镂空减重结构;中空结构;部分中空结构的内壁面之间设置有多个沿中空结构的内壁面的受力方向布置支撑板。本发明的3D打印后转向节通过在连接臂上设置沿受力路径的加强筋,并结合具有支撑板中空结构和镂空减重结构的设置,在保证3D打印后转向节具有足够的受力强度的基础上,大大减少了3D打印后转向节的重量,有利于实现悬架系统以及汽车的轻量化,并保证汽车的操纵性和舒适性。
