The invention relates to an urban rail train auxiliary inverter grid-connected control method and system. The method comprises the steps that a TCMS system sends a starting signal of an ACU to the ACUin a circulating mode according to starting time T when a train 1500V direct-current bus is powered on; if a certain ACU detects that both the 1500V direct-current bus and a 380V alternating-currentbus have electric signals within the starting time T, the ACU is started within the starting time T, the ACU is set as a main ACU, and meanwhile, the ACU sends an ACU bus activation signal to the other ACUs; when the certain ACU detects that the 1500V direct current bus has the electric signal and detects the ACU bus activation signal at the same time, the ACU is started within the interval starting time T0, wherein T0 is less than T2, and the ACU sends the ACU bus activation signal to the other ACUs at the same time; and by means of the mode, all ACUs of the train are started. In the invention, the starting time can be greatly shortened on the basis of ensuring smooth starting of the ACU.
