The method comprises the steps determining the optimal position speed information when a rear train in the cooperative formation completes dynamic decompilation under an optimal strategy that the rear train passes through a Y-shaped line turnout in the shortest time; according to the optimal position speed information, calculating decompilation position speed information of a train at the beginning of decompilation through back-stepping; and formulating a Y-shaped line dynamic decompilation strategy based on the cooperative formation according to the decompilation position speed information. According to the Y-shaped line dynamic decompilation method and system,a position and speed value of passing through the Y-shaped line turnout in the shortest time is calculated according to the speed position information after dynamic decompilation of the train after formation; and the state information when the formation train starts to be decompiled is reversely deduced according to a position speed information value so that the formation train can be ensured to finish dynamic decompilation most efficiently and safely on the Y-shaped line, and a utilization rate of line resources and train operation efficiency are improved.
