The invention discloses a trailer axle forming automation method. The method comprises the steps that a two-end double-stand-column horizontal band sawing machine is adopted to conduct saw cutting andblanking operation on a shaft tube for the first time, and a blanked workpiece is obtained; a pneumatic floating marking machine is adopted to mark the outer surface of the middle of the blanked workpiece with a tracking steel code; heat treatment and extrusion thickening treatment are conducted at the two ends of a shaft body of the workpiece marked with the tracking steel code for three times;the two-end double-stand-column horizontal band sawing machine is adopted to conduct saw cutting for the second time on the workpiece which is subjected to heat treatment and extrusion thickening treatment for three times; the middlepart of the shaft body of the workpiece which is subjected to saw cutting for the second time is pushed to be square from a circle; quenching and tempering heating treatment is conducted on the workpiece which is obtained after square pushing treatment is accomplished; the workpiece subjected to heat treatment is straightened; shot blasting treatment is conducted on the inner surface and the outer surface of the straightened workpiece; and paint spraying treatment is conducted on the surface of the workpiece subjected to shot blasting treatment, and the traileraxle forming workpiece is obtained. By the adoption of the trailer axle forming automation method, automation and intelligentization of the production process can be realized, and therefore the manpower can be saved, and the personal safety in the production process can be improved.

    本发明公开一种挂车桥成型自动化方法。包括:采用两端双立柱卧式带锯床对轴管进行第一次锯切和下料,得到下料后的工件;采用气动浮动打标机对下料后的工件中部外表面打跟踪钢码;对打跟踪钢码的工件的轴体两端部分分别进行三次热处理和三次挤压增厚;采用两端双立柱卧式带锯床对经过三次热处理和三次挤压增厚的工件进行第二次锯切;对第二次锯切的工件的轴体中间部位由圆推方;对推方后的工件进行淬火和回火加热处理;对热处理的工件进行校直;对校直后的工件的内外面进行抛丸处理;对抛丸处理后的工件进行表面喷漆,得到挂车桥成型工件。采用本发明能够实现生产过程的自动化和智能化,从而能够节省人力,提高生产过程中的人身安全。
