The invention discloses a lower limit detection method of a lifting loading system. The lower limit detection method comprises the steps of erecting a lifting loading system, testing the lifting loading system and detecting the lower limit of the lifting loading system. Erecting steps of the lifting loading system are as follows: erecting a traction rope guide platform: locating the platform at high position of lifting truck loading, measuring a guide distance with a proper length on site, arranging guide wheels on the two sides of the guide distance of the high platform; installing a tractionrope: a traction rope winding roller is mounted by matching with the motor, and the output end of the motor is fixedly connected with the wind-up roll; meanwhile, a limiting mechanism is arranged onthe other side of the winding roller; the method has the beneficial effects that no fixed lower limit exists, the loading lifting cylinder sends out a signal to stop descending as long as the loadinglifting cylinder is subjected to the lower supporting effect, copper rope disengaging from a groove and pulling damage of the lifter are thoroughly prevented, automatic dynamic lower limit detection signals and automatic dynamic speed regulation lower limit positions are achieved, the influence of the vehicle loading height is avoided, manual adjustment is not needed, investment is small, and theeffect taking speed is high.

    本发明公开了一种升降装车系统的下限检测方法,包括升降装车系统的架设、升降装车系统的测试以及升降装车系统的下限检测方法,所述升降装车系统的架设步骤如下:架设牵引绳导向平台:位于升降装车高处平台,临场测量合适长度的导向距离,并在高处平台的导向距离两侧设置导向轮,牵引绳的安装:配合电机安装牵引绳收卷辊,并将电机的输出端与收卷辊固定连接,同时在收卷辊另一侧设置限位机构,本发明的有益效果:本发明没有固定的下限位,装车升降筒只要受到下方支撑作用,就发出信号停止下降,彻底防止铜绳脱槽,升降机拉坏,实现了自动动态的下限检测信号,自动动态调速下限位置,不受车辆装货高度的影响,不需要人为调整,投入小,见效快。
