The invention discloses a novel hydraulic transmission lifting device, particularly relates to the field of lifting devices. The novel hydraulic transmission lifting device comprises a base and two stand columns; each stand column is of a square structure, and the two stand columns are symmetrically distributed with respect to the central axis of the section of a horizontal shaft of the upper surface of the base; and a bearing base platform is installed directly above the base. According to the novel hydraulic transmission lifting device, a bearing buffer mechanism and a locking mechanism arearranged to buffer a heavy object placed on a bearing plate; buffer springs are utilized to apply work to consume gravitational potential energy, thereby reducing instantaneous pressure borne by the bearing base platform; a hydraulic rod is utilized to drive a locking block to move forward to be inserted into a corresponding locking groove; the bearing plate in a static state is supported and limited to avoid that hydraulic transmission parts are always in a bearing state, thereby reducing the wear degree of the transmission parts of the device, and thus, a positive effect is exerted on the service life of the whole lifting device, and actual use is facilitated.
本发明公开了一种新型液压传动提升装置,具体涉及提升装置领域,包括底座和两个立柱,所述立柱为方形结构,且两个立柱关于底座的上表面水平向轴截面的中心轴线呈对称分布设置,所述底座的正上方装设有承载基台。本发明通过设置有承载缓冲机构以及锁死机构,对放入承载板上的重物进行缓冲,利用缓冲弹簧做功消耗重力势能,进而降低承载基台所承受的瞬时压力量,同时通过锁死机构,利用液压杆带动锁死块前进,插入对应的锁死槽的内部,对处于静止状态下的承载板进行支撑限位,避免液压传动部件一直处于承重的状态,进而降低装置传动部件的磨损度,对整个提升装置的使用寿命起到积极的效果,利于实际使用。
