The invention relates to a balance-adjustable hanging beam and a using method thereof. The balance-adjustable hanging beam comprises a main beam, an upper frame, lower frames and a hanging bracket, wherein the upper frame is movably installed at the upper end of the main beam, the upper frame can move along the upper end face of the main beam, the two lower frames are movably installed at the lower end of the main beam and can move along the lower end surface of the main beam, the hanger is hinged to the lower ends of the lower frames, during use, the upper frame is adjusted to the middle of the main beam, the lower frames are adjusted to the hoisting distance according with a hoisting module, and after the hoisting module is hoisted, the position of the upper frame on the main beam is moved according to whether the main beam is inclined or not until the main beam is horizontal. According to the technical solution, on one hand, the balance-adjustable hanging beam and the using method thereof can be suitable for hoisting the hoisting modules of different dimensions, on the other hand, the problem that the gravity centers of the hoisting modules are not uniform is solved, the balance-adjustable hanging beam can be folded and contracted, the occupied space is smaller, the balance-adjustable hanging beam is convenient to store and transport, and the hoisting module is simple to operate, safe and reliable during the hoisting.
本发明涉及一种可调平衡的吊梁及使用方法,包括主梁、上车架、下车架、吊架,上车架活动安装在主梁上端,上车架可沿主梁上端面移动;下车架数量为两个,下车架活动安装在主梁下端,下车架可沿主梁下端面移动;吊架铰接安装在下车架下端。使用时先将上车架调至主梁中部,将下车架调至符合吊装模块的吊装距离,将吊装模块吊起后,根据主梁是否倾斜移动上车架在主梁上的位置,直至主梁水平。通过本发明的技术方案,一方面可以适用于不同尺寸规格的吊装模块的吊装,另外一方面,解决了吊装模块重心不统一的问题;且本发明中的可调平衡的吊梁可以折叠收缩,占用空间较小,便于收纳、运输;吊装模块吊装时操作简单、安全可靠。
