The embodiment of the invention provides an overload protection method and device and an aircraft and relates to the technical field of fault detection. The overload protection method comprises the following steps that power information of a power system and electric power information of an electric power system are acquired, wherein the power information represents an operating state of a motor in the power system, and the electric power information represents an output electric quantity state of a battery in the electric power system; whether an overload fault occurs or not in the power system and the electric power system is judged according to the power information and the electric power information; and if at least one of the power system and the electric power system fails to operatedue to the overload, the aircraft is controlled to be forced to land. According to the overload protection method and device and the aircraft, the response can be made in time when the aircraft is overloaded and abnormal, and the safety of the aircraft is improved.

    本发明实施例提出一种过载保护方法、装置和飞行器,涉及故障检测技术领域。该过载保护方法包括:获取动力系统的动力信息和电力系统的电力信息;其中,动力信息表征动力系统中电机的运转状态,电力信息表征电力系统中电池的输出电量状态;依据动力信息和电力信息判断动力系统和电力系统是否发生过载故障;若动力系统和电力系统中至少一个发生过载故障,则控制飞行器迫降。本发明提供的过载保护方法、装置和飞行器能够在飞行器出现过载异常时及时作出响应,提高了飞行器的安全性。
