The embodiment of the invention discloses an automatic flow regulator of an aircraft braking system. A cavity is formed in a shell; a piston, a limiter, gaskets, a return spring and a cover are assembled in the cavity of the shell; one end of the piston abuts against the inner end face, used for being connected with a hydraulic pipeline, in the shell after assembly; a certain distance is reservedbetween the other end of the piston and the limiter; a boss is arranged at one end of the limiter, and the other end of the limiter is embedded in a cavity of the cover; the first gasket, a pluralityof adjusting gaskets and the second gasket are sequentially assembled between the boss of the limiter and the cover; the return spring is embedded between the piston and the cover; a nut is installedat the outer end, opposite to the cavity, of the cover; a piston assembly comprises the piston, a flow self-regulating assembly and a one-way valve; a center cavity and a step hole are formed in one end face of the piston, and the flow self-regulating assembly is arranged in the center cavity; and the one-way valve is arranged in the step hole. By means of the automatic flow regulator, the aircraft braking efficiency is improved, and the aircraft landing and running distance is shortened.

    本发明实施例公开了一种飞机刹车系统的流量自动调节器,其中,壳体内具有腔体,将活塞,限动器、垫圈、回位弹簧、盖子装配到壳体的腔体内,装配后活塞一端抵靠在壳体中用于连接液压管路的内端面,另一端与限动器具有一定距离,限动器的一端具有凸台,另一端嵌套在盖子的腔体内,限动器的凸台与盖子之间依次装配有第一垫圈、多个调整垫圈和第二垫圈;回位弹簧嵌套在活塞与盖子之间;螺帽安装在盖子相对于腔体的外端;活塞组件包括活塞,流量自调节组件和单向活门;活塞接一端面设置有中心腔体和台阶孔,中心腔体内设置有流量自调节组件;台阶孔内设置有单向活门。本发明实施例提高了飞机刹车效率,缩短了飞机着陆滑跑距离。
