The automatic charging pile comprises a pile body vertically mounted on the ground and a chargingplug arranged on the front surface of the pile body, wherein a tracing movement compensation mechanism connected with the inner end surface of the charging plug is arranged inside the pile body, a self-locking mechanism used for fixing wheels of the laser navigation forklift is arranged on the ground right in front of the pile body, the self-locking mechanism aligns a charging port of the laser navigation forklift to the charging plug, and the tracing movement compensation mechanism drives the charging plug to return circumferentially to work so as to compensate for an alignment error betweenthe charging plug and the charging port of the laser navigation forklift. According to the automatic charging pile, the position of the charging plug can be finely adjusted within a certain range, sothat even if a certain central displacement difference exists between the charging port of the laser navigation forklift and the charging plug, accurate alignment of the charging plug and the chargingplug is ensured through self-adaptive angle adjustment of the charging plug, and stable charging is realized.
