The invention provides a single-piston limited-pressure differential valve. The single-piston limited-pressure differential valve comprises an upper valve body and a lower valve body, wherein the upper valve body is connected with the lower valve body, the upper valve body and the lower valve body are connected to form a first cavity, the upper portion of the upper valve body is provided with an opening 41 for being connected with a relay valve and an opening 42 for being connected with a manual valve, the lower valve body is provided with an opening 1 for an inlet port and an opening 2 for anoutput port, air outlet channels of both the opening 41 and the opening 42 extend to the first cavity, and pistons are arranged inside the first cavity. According to the single-piston limited-pressure differential valve, the pistons are modified, after installation is completed, the first cavity is divided into three parts, namely, an upper cavity pressure bearing region, a non-pressure bearing region and a lower cavity, and the ratio of the area of the upper cavity pressure bearing region to the area of the lower cavity is 0.8-0.83:1 so that the highest output air pressure the differential valve cannot exceed 8-8.3 bar no matter when an automobile is in service without braking or in service with full braking, and the potential safety hazard, caused by failure of a spring brake air chamber in the prior art, when the finished automobile is in service can be effectively avoided.
本发明提出了一种单活塞限压式差动阀,包括上阀体与下阀体,所述上阀体与下阀体相连接且上阀体与下阀体连接后形成第一腔体,其中上阀体上部设置有接继动阀41口与接手动阀42口,下阀体设置有进气口1口与输出口2口,其中41口与42口的出气通道均延伸至第一腔体,第一腔体内部设置有活塞,本发明通过对活塞进行改造,使其安装完成后,将第一腔体分为三部分,分别为上腔承压区,不承压区以及下腔,且上腔承压区面积与下腔面积的比例为0.8~0.83:1,从而达到无论汽车在行车不制动还是行车全制动时,差动阀的输出最高气压都不能超过8~8.3bar,可有效避免现有技术中的弹簧制动气室的失效对整车行车的安全隐患。
