The invention provides an electronically controlled steering and manual steering switching structure. The electronically controlled steering and manual steering switching structure comprises a vehicleframe stand pipe and a steering stand column. A lower steering seat of the steering stand column is provided with a threaded installation hole for fixedly installing a sector gear. A slide rail support is welded to the lower end of the vehicle frame stand pipe and located on the same side of the sector gear, the slide rail support is fixedly equipped with slide rail assemblies, and each slide rail assembly comprises a plain shaft, a slider bearing in sliding fit with the plain shaft and a guide rail installation seat. The slide rail assemblies are fixedly installed on the slide rail support through the guide rail installation seats, the plain shafts are fixedly connected with the guide rail installation seats, the slider bearings are fixedly equipped with motor connecting plates for fixedly installing a driving motor, the axis of the driving motor is parallel to the axis of the vehicle frame stand pipe after the driving motor is installed, the bottom of the driving motor is fixedly equipped with a driving gear, and the driving gear is engaged with or disengaged from the sector gear to complete switching between electronically controlled steering and manual steering. The inventionfurther provides an electronically controlled steering and manual steering switching method. By using the switching structure to achieve switching between electronically controlled steering and manualsteering, the intelligent application of vehicles is improved.

    本发明提供了一种电控转向及手动转向转换结构,包括车架立管和转向立柱,转向立柱的下转向座上设有螺纹安装孔,固定安装扇形齿轮,车架立管下端焊接滑轨支撑,滑轨支撑位于扇形齿轮同侧,滑轨支撑上固装滑轨组件,滑轨组件包括光轴、与光轴滑动配合的滑块轴承和导轨安装座,滑轨组件通过导轨安装座固定安装在滑轨支撑上,光轴与导轨安装座固定连接,滑块轴承上固装有电机连接板,用于固定安装驱动电机,驱动电机安装后轴线与车架立管轴线平行,驱动电机底部固定安装有主动齿轮,主动齿轮与扇形齿轮啮合或脱离,完成电控转向及手动转向的转换,还提供一种电控转向及手动转向转换方法,通过转换结构实现电控转向和手工转向的转换,提高车辆的智能化应用。
