The invention relates to a spacecraft orbit maneuver detection method and device based on nonlinear deviation evolution. The method comprises the steps that according to orbit measurement data, measurement orbit determination state statistical value vectors of a target spacecraft at the front moment and the rear moment are calculated, a target spacecraft state vector at the rear measurement momentis predicted according to the front measurement data, and the predicted target spacecraft state vector is compared with the measurement orbit determination state statistical value vector at the rearmeasurement moment; when the deviation is greater than a preset value, evolution is performed by non-linear deviations, forward prediction is carried out based on the measured orbit determination state statistical value vector at the previous moment; and backward prediction is performed based on the subsequent measured orbit determination state statistical value vectors, two orbit determination state statistical value vectors are obtained at each prediction moment, and when the deviation between the two orbit determination state statistical value vectors at a certain moment is smaller than a preset value, the two measurement data are determined to correspond to the same target spacecraft before and after maneuvering. By adopting the method, the target spacecraft data obtained by two timesof detection can be matched, and the orbital maneuver condition of the target spacecraft can be identified in near real time.
