The invention relates to a bridge crack unmanned aerial vehicle detection device and an image processing method thereof. The device comprises a rack; a camera fixing holder is arranged at the front end of the rack; a spherical camera is arranged on the camera fixing holder; a laser range finder is arranged below an upper lens of the spherical camera; rotor wing parts are symmetrically arranged onthe outer side of the rack; the rotor wing part comprises an integrated rotor wing cover and supporting legs which are symmetrically arranged at the lower part of the integrated rotor wing cover; theintegrated rotor wing cover comprises an overhanging bracket connected with the rack; a supporting cover is vertically arranged at the overhanging end of the overhanging bracket; a propeller motor isarranged in the supporting cover; rotor wings are fixedly connected to the rotating ends of the propeller motors; a protective cover piece is arranged at the top of the supporting cover; an upper stoplever is suspended from the top of the supporting cover to the outer side of the supporting cover; the free end of the upper stop lever is located below the supporting cover; the rotor wings are located on the inner side of the upper stop lever; and side stop levers are arranged around the outer side of the free end of the upper stop lever.

    本发明涉及一种桥梁裂缝无人机检测装置及其图像处理方法,本发明装置包括机架,机架的前端设置有摄像头固定云台,摄像头固定云台上设置有球形摄像头,球形摄像头的上镜头的下方设置激光测距器,机架的外侧对称设置有旋翼部,所述的旋翼部包括一体式旋翼罩和位于一体式旋翼罩下部对称布置的支腿,所述的一体式旋翼罩包括与机架连接的悬伸支架,悬伸支架的悬伸端立置有支撑罩,支撑罩内设置有螺旋桨马达,螺旋桨马达的转动端固连连接有旋翼,支撑罩的顶部设置有防护盖片,自支撑罩的顶部向支撑罩外侧悬置有上挡杆,上挡杆的自由端位于支撑罩的下方,所述的旋翼位于上挡杆内侧,上挡杆的自由端外侧围置有侧档杆。
