The invention relates to a crawler-type quick-change walking system. The system comprises a bearing vertical frame, a driving shaft, an oil-gas automatic tensioning mechanism, a thrust wheel assembly,and a split type caterpillar band, wherein the driving shaft is arranged on the bearing vertical frame, and a flange plate and a driving wheel are arranged on the driving shaft; the oil-gas automatictensioning mechanism is arranged on the bearing vertical frame, the oil-gas automatic tensioning mechanism includes a bearing support, a high-pressure energy accumulator, a tensioning oil cylinder and a tensioning rocker arm, and a tensioning wheel is arranged on the tensioning rocker arm; the thrust wheel assembly includes a swing shaft, a front herringbone support, a rear herringbone support, adriven thrust shaft and a thrust wheel arranged on the driven thrust shaft; and the split type caterpillar band wraps the driving wheel, the tensioning wheel and the thrust wheel. A caterpillar bandis always kept in a proper tensioning state through the tensioning device, problems of impact and vibration generated in a high-speed running process of a rescue vehicle can be effectively solved, andthe stability performance, operation comfort and safety of the caterpillar band vehicle are improved.

    本发明涉及一种履带式快换行走系统,包括:承载立架;主动轴,其设置在所述承载立架上,所述主动轴上设置有法兰盘和驱动轮;油气自动张紧机构,其设置在所述承载立架上,所述油气自动张紧机构包括承载支架、高压蓄能器、张紧油缸以及张紧摇臂,所述张紧摇臂上设置有张紧轮;支重轮组件,其包括摆动轴、前人字形支架、后人字形支架、从动支重轴以及设置在所述从动支重轴上的支重轮;分体式履带,其包裹在所述驱动轮、所述张紧轮和所述支重轮外部。本发明采用的张紧装置使履带始终保持合适的张紧状态,能有效解决救援车辆高速行驶过程中产生的冲击和震动问题,提高履带车辆的稳定性能、操作舒适性和安全性。
