The invention relates to the technical field of rail transit, in particular to a tread braking device. The device comprises a power base and a push rod slidably connected to the power base in a penetrating mode. An upper sliding groove and a lower sliding groove are vertically and symmetrically formed in the power base. An arc-shaped sliding groove communicating with upper sliding groove and lowersliding groove is formed in the side wall of the right end in the power base. An oil feeding mechanism and an oil collecting mechanism are arranged on the upper side of the left portion and the lowerside of the left portion of the power base respectively, and the oil feeding mechanism comprises an oil storage cavity formed in the upper side of the left portion of the power base and communicatingwith the upper sliding groove and an oil blocking ring arranged between the oil storage cavity and the upper sliding groove. Abrasion between the push rod and the power base can be reduced; meanwhile, lubricating oil can be recycled, and loss of the lubricating oil is reduced.
