The invention discloses a user DR scheme customization method based on user charging and travel habits, and the method comprises the steps: extracting charging features according to a historical charging curve of an EV user, analyzing the charging regularity of the user, and carrying out the classification of the EV user; setting a behavior label for representing the charging behavior characteristics of the EV user; calculating the discharge capacity of the user to the power grid and the transferable capacity for transferring the load from a peak period to a valley period by changing the charging behavior; and estimating the demand response capability of the EV user based on the discharge electric quantity and the transferable electric quantity of the user to the power grid and the regularity of the charging and traveling behaviors of the user, and setting a reasonable target DR capacity and a response mode for the EV user. According to the user DR scheme customization method based onthe user charging and travel habits provided by the invention, the charging and travel habits of different users are comprehensively considered, DR contracts are customized for different EV users, andthe optimal configuration of power resources is promoted.

    本发明公开了一种基于用户充电及出行习惯的用户DR方案定制方法,根据EV用户的历史充电曲线,提取充电特征,分析用户充电的规律性,对EV用户进行分类;设定表征EV用户充电行为特征的行为标签;计算用户可向电网放电电量和通过改变充电行为,将负荷从高峰期移至低谷期的可转移电量;基于用户可向电网放电电量、可转移电量以及用户充电及出行行为的规律性,估计EV用户的需求响应能力,为EV用户设置合理的目标DR容量以及响应方式。本发明提供的基于用户充电及出行习惯的用户DR方案定制方法,综合考虑了不同用户的充电及出行习惯,为不同的EV用户定制DR合同,促进了电力资源优化配置。
