The invention relates to a motor torque limit value calculation method for a dual-motor planet row hybrid drive system, and the method comprises the steps: determining the current allowable charging and discharging currents of an energy storage device according to the temperature and SOC of the current energy storage device and whether there is a fault or not, and calculating the current extreme charging power and extreme discharging power of the energy storage device; determining the upper and lower limit values of the current allowable output torque of an inner motor according to the currentextreme charging power and the extreme discharging power of the energy storage device, the current power of an outer motor and the current rotating speed of the inner motor; determining the upper andlower limit values of the current allowable output torque of the outer motor according to the current extreme charging power and the extreme discharging power of the energy storage device, the current power of the inner motor and the current rotating speed of the outer motor; and limiting and outputting the required output torque of the inner and outer motors according to the upper and lower limit values of the current allowable output torque of the inner and outer motors. The dynamic motor torque limit value method can effectively solve the problems of overcharge and overdischarge of an energy storage device in a system, and ensures the stable operation of the power system.

    本发明涉及一种双电机行星排混动驱动系统的电机扭矩限值计算方法,该方法包括:根据当前储能装置的温度、SOC以及是否故障状态,确定储能装置当前允许充电和放电电流,计算储能装置当前极限充电功率、极限放电功率;根据储能装置当前极限充电功率和极限放电功率、外电机当前功率和内电机当前转速确定内电机当前允许输出扭矩的上下限值;根据储能装置当前极限充电功率和极限放电功率、内电机当前功率和外电机当前转速确定外电机当前允许输出扭矩的上下限值;分别根据内、外电机当前允许输出扭矩的上下限值对内、外电机需求输出扭矩进行限制并输出。该动态电机扭矩限值方法能够有效解决系统中储能装置过充和过放问题,保证动力系统稳定运行。
