The invention discloses a method for releasing high voltage of a motor controller after electric vehicle collision, which comprises the following steps that the motor controller detects own fault signal in real time, and enters a motor controller fault mode if a detection result shows that the motor controller has a serious fault; when the detection result is a non-severe fault or no fault, if themotor controller receives a high-voltage relay disconnection state signal and further receives a high-voltage quick release instruction, the motor controller starts a high-voltage quick release mode;q-axis current is set to be zero and d-axis current is set to be release current in driving motor control software, and a high-voltage release timer is started for timing at the same time; the DC-Link capacitor voltage is reduced to 60 VDC or below within the set time, and the motor controller enters a motor controller post-processing mode from a high-voltage rapid release mode until the motor controller is shut down; and if the voltage of the DC-Link capacitor is not reduced to 60 VDC or below within the set time, high-voltage release fault processing of the motor controller is entered.

    本发明公开了一种电动汽车碰撞后电机控制器高压泄放方法,电机控制器实时检测自身故障信号,如果检测结果为电机控制器发生严重故障,则进入电机控制器故障模式;当检测结果为非严重故障或无故障时,如果电机控制器接收到高压继电器断开状态信号,且进一步接收到高压快速泄放指令,则电机控制器启动高压快速泄放模式;驱动电机控制软件中将q轴电流给定为零,d轴电流给定为泄放电流,同时启动高压泄放计时器计时;在设定时间内DC‑Link电容电压降至60VDC以下,电机控制器从高压快速泄放模式进入电机控制器后处理模式,直到电机控制器关机;如果DC‑Link电容电压没有在设定时间内降至60VDC以下,则进入电机控制器高压泄放故障处理。
