The invention provides a cooling system and method of a power assembly, the power assembly and an electric vehicle, and relates to the technical field of electric vehicles. The cooling system comprises a cooling loop and a cooling working medium. The cooling loop comprises a first cooling passage and a second cooling passage which are connected with each other, the first cooling passage is used for dissipating heat of an inverter of the electric vehicle, and the second cooling passage is used for dissipating heat of a motor of the electric vehicle; and the cooling working medium is an insulating working medium and flows into the second cooling passage from the first cooling passage. By means of the cooling system, a heat dissipation effect on the power assembly can be improved.
