The invention discloses an automobile stabilizing system and an automobile. The automobile stabilizing system comprises a plurality of wheel side hydraulic components arranged in pairs and an adjusting assembly. Each wheel side hydraulic component is installed at the joint of a corresponding wheel suspension connecting component of the automobile and an automobile body frame and comprises a wheelside hydraulic cylinder, and each wheel side hydraulic cylinder is fixedly connected with the automobile body frame and connected with the suspension connecting component through a wheel side piston rod assembly. The adjusting assembly is installed on the automobile body frame of the automobile and connected with all the wheel side hydraulic cylinders through pipelines. When wheel bounce vectors (including directions and sizes) on the two sides of the automobile are inconsistent, displacement of the two sides is transmitted to a piston of a middle hydraulic cylinder through hydraulic pressurein the wheel side hydraulic cylinders corresponding to the displacement of the two sides. Therefore, the force acts on the two ends of a middle elastic component, the middle elastic component providestorque to balance the force at the two ends through deformation of the middle elastic component, the trend that the run-out vectors of tires on the two sides in a paired system are inconsistent is restrained, and then the anti-roll and anti-pitching performance of an automobile is improved.
