The invention provides an efficient active discharge circuit, and the circuit comprises a single-chip microcomputer, a signal amplifier, a driving optocoupler, a field effect transistor and an isolation power supply, wherein the single-chip microcomputer is connected with the input end of the signal amplifier, the output end of the signal amplifier is connected with the input end of the driving optocoupler, and the output end of the driving optocoupler is connected with the grid electrode of the field effect transistor; and the isolation power supply supplies power to the signal amplifier, thedriving optocoupler and the field effect transistor. According to the invention, the pin of the MCU sends an enable signal, the high level enables the MOS tube to be effectively turned off, the low level enables the MOS tube to be effectively turned on, the total active discharge time is controlled within 2s under the conditions of bus capacitors of 500 uF and 450V, the discharge MOS tube is alsoin an on state under the condition that low-voltage electricity is completely abnormally powered off, and the function of rapid discharge can be achieved, so that a prototype is ensured to be in a safe state and a human body is prevented from being hurt.

    本发明提供了一种高效的主动放电电路,包括单片机、信号放大器、驱动光耦、场效应管和隔离电源,所述单片机与信号放大器的输入端连接,所述信号放大器的输出端与驱动光耦的输入端连接,所述驱动光耦的输出端与场效应管的栅极连接,所述隔离电源为信号放大器、驱动光耦和场效应管供电;本发明通过MCU的管脚发使能信号,高电平使MOS管有效关断,低电平使MOS管有效打开,针对母线电容500uF,450V母线电压情况下,总体的主动放电时间控制在2s以内,在低压电完全异常掉电的情况下,放电MOS管也处于打开状态,可以起到快速放电的功能,保证样机处于安全状态,确保人身不受到伤害。
