According to the system, a radiator, a waterway filter, a fuel cell and a water pump form a closed loop through a main pipeline, a heater is connected with the radiator in parallel through a branch pipeline, one end of the branch pipeline is communicated with a pipeline section located between the radiator and the waterway filter, and a first three-way valve is arranged at the communication position; the first three-way valve is respectively communicated with the heater, the radiator and the waterway filter, the other end of the branch pipeline is communicated with a pipeline section located between the radiator and the water pump, and a valve is arranged on the pipeline section located between the communication position and the radiator or the communication position. The valve for opening or closing the pipeline section is arranged on the pipeline section between the communication part and the radiator or at the communication part, so that under the condition that the valve is closed, the warming speed is increased, the heating rate of the fuel cell system is increased, and the heating powerrequirement of an external auxiliary heat source when the fuel cell system is started at a low temperature is reduced.
本发明公开了一种氢能源汽车燃料电池热管理系统。该系统,散热器、水路过滤器、燃料电池和水泵通过主管路形成闭合回路,加热器通过支管路与散热器相并联,支管路的一端与位于散热器和水路过滤器之间的管路段上相连通,且连通处设置有第一三通阀,第一三通阀分别与加热器、散热器和水路过滤器相连通,支管路的另一端与位于散热器和水泵之间的管路段相连通,且位于该连通处与散热器之间的管路段上或该连通处设有阀门。本发明通过位于该连通处与散热器之间的管路段上或该连通处设有打开或关闭该管路段的阀门,在关闭阀门的情况下,提升暖机速度,提升燃料电池系统升温速率,并降低燃料电池系统低温启动时外部辅助热源的加热功率需求。
