The invention discloses an inland river ship risk identification and early warning device and an evaluation method thereof. The inland river ship risk identification and early warning device comprisesan evaluation system used for carrying out risk evaluation on an inland river navigation environment and an early warning system used for sending an early warning signal to a ship passing through a ship route, and the evaluation system is connected with the early warning system through a wireless signal. A shore environment and an in-river environment of a ship needing to pass through a ship route are monitored in real time through the evaluation system, monitoring data are sent to the ship passing through a corresponding ship route section in real time, the early warning system on each shipconducts risk evaluation according to ship parameter setting of the early warning system, and a risk evaluation scheme that one ship has one risk result is achieved. The technical difficulty that different ships need to be matched with different evaluation devices for implementation is avoided, the installation and arrangement of the evaluation devices are simplified, the construction cost of theevaluation devices is reduced, meanwhile, corresponding evaluation methods are matched, the risk evaluation during ship navigation is more systematic and accurate, and the navigation risk is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种内河船舶风险识别和预警装置及其评估方法,包括用于对内河航行环境进行风险评估的评估系统和用于向通过该航线的船舶发出预警信号的预警系统,所述评估系统与预警系统之间通过无线信号连接,通过评估系统对船舶所需经过航线上的岸上环境和河内环境进行实时监测,并将监测数据发送至实时经过对应航线段的船舶上,各个船舶上的预警系统根据自身的船舶参数设置进行风险评估,达到一船一风险结果的风险评估方案,避免不同船舶需要配套不同的评估装置进行实施的技术难点,简化评估装置的安装布置,降低评估装置的建设成本,同时配套对应的评估方法,是船舶航行时的风险评估更系统,更准确,降低航行风险。
