The invention discloses a meshing type linear motion device for a weightless environment. The meshing type linear motion device for the weightless environment comprises a main body, a guide componentand a limiting component, wherein the main body is rotationally connected with a driving wheel, the driving wheel is provided with a meshing part arranged along the outer side of the circumference ofthe driving wheel, and the driving wheel rotates through a driving component; the guide component is provided with a meshing matching part which is arranged along a straight line, and the meshing partis meshed with the meshing matching part; the two ends of the limiting component are connected to the main body and the guide component correspondingly, and the limiting component is connected to themain body and/or the guide component in a sliding manner; and when the driving wheel rotates, the meshing part and the meshing matching part are continuously meshed, so that the driving wheel drivesthe main body to move on the guide component. The meshing type linear motion device for the weightless environment does not depend on gravity, and is low in assembling accuracy requirement and high inspace deformation adaptability.

    本发明公开了一种用于失重环境的啮合式直线运动装置,包括:主体,转动连接有驱动轮,所述驱动轮设有沿其圆周外侧设置的啮合部,且所述驱动轮通过一驱动组件以转动;导向组件,设有沿直线设置的啮合配合部,所述啮合部与所述啮合配合部相啮合;限位组件,两端分别连接于所述主体和所述导向组件,且所述限位组件滑动连接于所述主体和/或所述导向组件;所述驱动轮转动时,所述啮合部和所述啮合配合部不断啮合以使所述驱动轮带动所述主体在所述导向组件上移动。该装置不依赖重力,且装配精度要求低、空间变形适应能力强。
