The invention relates to a pneumatic sliding door partitioning cross-region seven-axis robot. The pneumatic sliding door comprises two side pneumatic sliding door bodies which are symmetrical left andright and are the same in structure; the left side pneumatic sliding door body comprises a left side fixed frame and a left side movable door; multiple vertical beams and cross beams in the left sidefixed frame are fixed together to form a left main body frame, a partition plate is embedded in the left main body frame, and two supporting legs are arranged at the bottom of the left main body frame; an air cylinder, a valve guide and a touch switch are fixed on the left main body frame, the touch switch is electrically connected with the valve guide, and an external air pipeline is connected with an air port of the air cylinder through the valve guide; and the left side movable door is arranged on the left main body frame and can horizontally slide rightwards to be closed with a right sidemovable door under driving of an air cylinder piston. The sliding door is arranged in the middle of the cross-region seven-axis robot, the robot can completely cross the sliding door on the seven axes, the safety of maintenance personnel can be guaranteed, and the starting rate of a production line is increased.

    本发明涉及一种分隔跨区域七轴机器人的气动滑移门,该气动滑移门包括左右对称、结构相同的两侧气动滑移门;左侧气动滑移门包括左侧固定框架和左侧活动门;左侧固定框架中多个竖梁和横梁固定在一起构成左主体框架,左主体框架上镶嵌隔板,且左主体框架底部具有两个支脚;气缸、阀导、触碰开关固定在左主体框架上,触碰开关与阀导电连接,外部空气管路通过阀导连接气缸的气口;左侧活动门安装在左主体框架上,可在气缸活塞的驱动下水平向右滑动与右侧活动门闭合。本发明安装在跨区域七轴机器人的中间部分,机器人在七轴上可以完全跨越滑移门,能够保证维修人员人员安全,提高生产线的开动率。
