The invention discloses an electromechanical lifting system. The electromechanical lifting system comprises a base, two limiting frames are symmetrically welded to the top face of the base, lifting plates are slidably connected into the two limiting frames correspondingly, fixing plates are welded to the sides, away from a material frame, of the lifting plates, the fixing plates are connected withtransmission rods through threads, and driven gears are welded to the ends, away from the fixing plates, of the transmission rods. A motor is fixedly connected to the interior of the base, a transmission shaft is fixedly connected to the output end of the motor, the transmission shaft is fixedly connected with two transmission gears, and the driven gears are in external engagement connection withthe transmission gears. The transmission rods are driven to rotate through the structures such as the motor, the transmission gears and the driven gears, the fixing plates can move in the vertical direction along the transmission rods under the effect of the transmission rods, accordingly, the lifting plates can be driven to ascend and descend, then the material frame can be driven to transport materials, the whole system is compact in structure and reasonable in layout, and the transportation efficiency of the materials can be effectively improved.

    本发明公开了一种机电升降系统,包括底座,所述底座的顶面对称焊接有两个限位架,两个所述限位架的内部均滑动连接有升降板,所述升降板远离物料架的一侧焊接有固定板,所述固定板通过螺纹连接有传动杆,所述传动杆远离固定板的一端焊接有从动齿轮;所述底座的内部固定连接有电机,所述电机的输出端固定连接有传动轴,所述传动轴固定连接有两个传动齿轮,所述从动齿轮与传动齿轮外啮合连接。本发明通过电机、传动齿轮和从动齿轮等结构带动传动杆转动,在传动杆的作用下,固定板可沿传动杆在竖直方向上进行移动,从而可带动升降板进行升降,进而可带动物料架运输物料,整套系统结构紧凑、布局合理,可有效提高物料的运输效率。
