The invention provides a prefabricated lifting appliance for lifting a box-type transformer substation. The appliance comprises a first suspension beam and a second suspension beam. The second suspension beam is perpendicularly connected to a one-third position of the overall length of the first suspension beam. A first reinforcing rib is arranged at the joint of the second suspension beam and thefirst suspension beam. Second reinforcing ribs are arranged at the end, away from the first suspension beam, of the second suspension beam and two ends of the first suspension beam correspondingly. The suspension beams and the second reinforcing ribs define a hanging scaffold. Hanging plates are arranged at the end, away from the first suspension beam, of the second suspension beam and the two ends of the first suspension beam correspondingly. The hanging plates are connected with first shackles through upper slings. The first shackles are arranged over the gravity center of the hanging scaffold. Lower slings extending downwards are arranged on the hanging plates, and two lower slings are arranged onthe hanging plates at the end of the second suspension beam. The first suspension beam ismatched with the second suspension beam to achieve adjustment of the gravity center of the hanging scaffold, and the first shackles above the gravity center of the hanging scaffold achieves balance ofthe hanging scaffold through the upper slings so as to stably lift a box-type transformer substation with the irregular gravity center.

    本发明所述的一种吊装箱式变电站的预制吊具,包括第一悬吊梁和第二悬吊梁,所述第二悬吊梁垂直连接于第一悬吊梁整体长度的三分之一处,第二悬吊梁与第一悬吊梁的连接处设有第一加强筋,第二悬吊梁远离第一悬吊梁的一端与第一悬吊梁的两端部分别设有第二将强筋,悬吊梁与第二加强筋围合成吊盘,第二悬吊梁远离第一悬吊梁的一端及第一悬吊梁的两端均设有吊板,吊板通过上吊索连接有第一卸扣,第一卸扣设置在吊盘重心正上方,吊板上设有向下延伸的下吊索,第二悬吊梁端部上的吊板上的下吊索设置有两根。第一悬吊梁与第二悬吊梁配合,实现吊盘重心调整,吊盘重心上方的第一卸扣经上吊索实现吊盘的平衡,以对重心不规则的箱式变电站进行平稳吊装。
