The invention discloses a method for monitoring a gas pipeline by an unmanned aerial vehicle. The method comprises the following operation steps: A) preparing equipment; B) performing trial flight ofthe unmanned aerial vehicle; C) making the unmanned aerial vehicle rise close to the wall; D) performing data sampling; E) performindata transmission; F) comparing the difference values: (1) comparingthe difference values by a difference value comparison module of the PLC control device, and returning to the step C) when the difference values are within a set range; (2) when the difference exceeds a set value, entering the next step; G) carrying out signal alarm; H) starting a remote maintenance module: sending the alarm information to the remote maintenance module of the background system bythe PLC control device; and I), finishing. The unmanned aerial vehicle ascends close to the wall, so that the distance between the rotor unmanned aerial vehicle and the diameter of the wall is kept,the situation that when the unmanned aerial vehicle monitors the gas pipeline, the wall is impacted and damaged due to unclear high-rise sight and misoperation is prevented, a background quickly responds and dispatches people for emergency maintenance, and good economic benefits and social benefits are achieved in application and popularization.

    一种无人机监测燃气管道的方法,包括以下操作步骤:A)、设备准备;B)、无人机试飞;C)、无人机贴墙上升;D)、数据采样;E)、数据传输;F)、差值比较:①PLC控制装置的差值比较模块进行差值比较,当差值在设定的范围内,则回到步骤C);②当差值超出设定值进入下一步;G)、信号报警;H)、远程检修模块:PLC控制装置将报警信息发送到后台系统的远程检修模块;I)、完成。本发明通过无人机贴墙上升,使得旋翼无人机与墙体直径保持距离,防止了无人机监测燃气管道时因高层视线不清、操作失误而导致撞击墙面损毁,使后台迅速反应并派人进行抢修,推广应用具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。
