The invention particularly relates to a beam type lattice structure which comprises a plurality of cell units connected with one another; each cell unit comprises eight unit cell structures which areconnected with each other; and each unit cell structure comprises six rod pieces which are connected with one another to form a tetrahedron. In addition, the invention also relates to a micro-truss structure, which comprises two layers of skins which are oppositely arranged; the beam type lattice structure is arranged between the two layers of skins in a supporting mode.
