The invention discloses an intelligent protection device for rail construction. The device comprises a main box body, an alarm lamp cavity is formed in the left side in the main box body, a lifting shaft cavity is formed in the lower end wall of the alarm lamp cavity in a communicating mode, a belt wheel cavity extending rightwards is formed in the lower side of the lifting shaft cavity, and a motor fixedly connected into the main box body is arranged on the lower side of the belt wheel cavity; the upper end surface of the motor is fixedly connected with a driving shaft which upwards extends to the lifting shaft cavity and penetrates through the belt wheel cavity; the upper end face of the driving shaft is fixedly connected with a rotating sleeve located in a cavity of the lifting shaft, whether a train approaches a construction site or not is judged by sensing rail vibration through a vibration sensor, an early warning system becomes more accurate and efficient, and meanwhile the early warning safety distance can be set by adjusting the magnetic field intensity by replacing a permanent magnet. The whole device is installed on a rail sleeper through a fixing block structure, the vibration sensor makes contact with a groove in the outer side of rail I-shaped steel, the part, making contact with a rail, of a train wheel in the advancing process is avoided, and operation of the protection device is effectively protected.
本发明公开了一种铁轨施工智能防护装置;包括主箱体,主箱体内左侧设有警报灯腔,警报灯腔下端壁连通设有升降轴腔,升降轴腔下侧设有向右延伸的带轮腔,带轮腔下侧设有固定连接在主箱体内的电机,电机上端面固定连接有向上延伸至升降轴腔内且贯穿带轮腔的主动轴,主动轴上端面固定连接有位于升降轴腔内的旋转套筒,通过振动感应器感应铁轨振动来判断是否有列车接近施工现场,使预警系统变得更加准确高效,同时还可以通过更换永磁铁从而调节磁场强度来设置预警安全距离,整个装置通过固定块结构安装在铁轨枕木上,振动感应器接触铁轨工字钢外侧凹槽,避开列车车轮行进时与铁轨接触的部分,有效地保护了防护装置的运行。
