The invention discloses a new energy charging pile capable of timely extinguishing fire and automatically powering off, and relates to the field of new energy, the new energy charging pile comprises atank body, a fusing valve I, a fusing valve II, a charging pile and a cut-off device, and the cut-off device is arranged in a fixed box. The fusing valve is adopted to serve as a fire monitoring device. Different from a sensor, the fusing valve does not need to be connected with a controller, is automatically opened when meeting high temperature, avoids influences caused by faults of a control system, is opened, automatically releases pressure of carbon dioxide in the tank body to spray out fire, drives the baffle to rotate when spraying out high-pressure carbon dioxide. Power is transmittedto the piston cylinder through the rotating part and the connecting rod, then the piston cylinder further lifts acting force and drives the ceramic knife to cut off the power line, the power line is bounced off and separated under the action of the spring, and electric shock hazards caused by untimely power disconnection are avoided. The whole device does not need electric signal control, belongsto passive fire extinguishing and power failure, is not affected by fire due to no electric signal control, and is low in failure rate and high in safety.

    本发明公开了一种能及时灭火并自动断电的新能源充电桩,涉及新能源领域,包括罐体、熔断阀一、熔断阀二、充电桩以及切断装置,所述切断装置设于固定盒内。采用熔断阀作为失火监测的装置,与传感器不同,此阀门无需连接控制器,遇到高温自动打开,避免控制系统故障带来的影响,熔断阀打开,罐体内的二氧化碳自动释压喷出灭火,高压二氧化碳喷出时,带动挡板转动,将动力通过转动件以及连杆传给活塞缸,再由活塞缸进一步提升作用力,并驱动陶瓷刀切断电源线,电源线在弹簧作用下弹开分离,避免电源断开不及时带来的触电危险。整套装置无需电信号控制,属于被动灭火以及断电,无电信号控制所以不受火情影响,故障率低,安全性较高。
