The invention relates to a limiting device for a battery box quick-change mechanism, and an electric automobile, the limiting device comprises a guide mechanism, a limiting mechanism and an elastic mechanism, the guide mechanism comprises a guide column, the guide column is of a hollow structure, and the peripheral surface of the guide column is provided with a plurality of circumferentially-arranged mounting windows; the limiting mechanism comprises a plurality of limiting bodies, elastic protrusions are arranged on the main surfaces of the limiting bodies, the limiting bodies are embedded into the corresponding mounting windows from the hollow structures, and the elastic protrusions protrude out of the mounting windows; the elastic mechanism comprises an elastic body, and a cavity defined by the multiple limiting bodies and the guide column is filled with the elastic body. The limiting device is installed on the vehicle body and positioned in the positioning hole of the battery box body, the elastic protrusions make contact with the hole wall of the installation hole to play a buffering role, the battery box body is positioned, and meanwhile the abnormal sound problem of the battery pack can be effectively solved under the working conditions of acceleration, deceleration, turning and the like in the whole vehicle driving process; and the safety protection effect on the battery box body is achieved conveniently and reliably.

    本发明涉及用于电池箱体快换机构的限位装置及电动汽车,限位装置包括导向机构、限位机构和弹性机构,导向机构包括导向柱,其设为中空结构,其外围面上设有多个周向设置的安装窗口;限位机构包括多个限位体,限位体的主表面设有弹性凸起,多个限位体自中空结构嵌设于对应的安装窗口,弹性凸起凸出于安装窗口外;弹性机构包括弹性体,弹性体填设于由多个限位体和导向柱围成的腔体内。本发明通过在车身上安装限位装置,限位装置定位于在电池箱体的定位孔中,多个弹性凸起接触安装孔的孔壁起到缓冲作用,在对电池箱体起到定位作用的同时,当整车行驶过程中出现加减速、转弯等工况下亦可有效改善电池包异响问题,对电池箱体起到安全保护作用方便可靠。
