The invention provides a rubber sleeve tire, which belongs to the technical field of tires, and comprises a tire body and a rubber sleeve, the rubber sleeve is fixedly arranged on the outer ring of the tire body in a sleeving manner; a cord thread layer is fixedly arranged in the rubber sleeve; according to the design, due to the fact that many waste tires are generated due to the abrasion problemat present, the abraded tires with good main bodies can be bonded with the rubber sleeves to be continuously used, the scrapped tires can be reused, and therefore rubber and petroleum used for new tire production can be greatly reduced; similarly, the rubber sleeve is additionally arranged on the tire body, and only the rubber sleeve is abraded in the using process, so that the tire body is protected; after the rubber sleeve is abraded to a certain degree, a new rubber sleeve can be replaced, and the tire body can be continuously used, so that the rubber consumption for replacing the whole tire is greatly reduced, and the consumption of petroleum is also greatly reduced.

    本发明提供了橡胶套轮胎,属于轮胎技术领域,包括轮胎本体和橡胶套;所述橡胶套固定套设在所述轮胎本体的外圈;所述橡胶套的内部固定设有帘子线层;本发明中的设计,因现在由于磨损问题产生的废胎很多,对于已经磨损但主体还好的轮胎可以粘结橡胶套继续使用,可以使报废轮胎得到重新利用,这样可以大量减少用于新的轮胎生产的橡胶和石油;同样通过在轮胎本体上增设橡胶套,在使用过程中只磨损橡胶套,故而轮胎本体得到了保护;橡胶套被磨损到一定程度后,可以更换新的橡胶套,而轮胎本体则可以继续使用,大大节省了更换整条轮胎的橡胶消耗量,也大大减少了石油的消耗。
