The neutral region N is further grounded through a resistance-capacitance device RC. Reliable protection of internal faults orcrossing faults of the switch neutral section passing device is realized through current protection, reliable protection of RC resistance-capacitance device capacitor faults is realized through voltage difference protection, and reliable protection of train neutral section passing faults is realized through voltage difference protection.
