The invention discloses a fuel cell power system of a long-endurance industrial vehicle. The fuel cell power system comprises a control module, a fuel cell module, a hydrogen storage module used for providing hydrogen for the fuel cell module, an electrical module used for converting output voltage of the fuel cell module and an energy storage module used for storing electric energy generated by the fuel cell module, wherein the electrical module is also used for converting the output voltage of the energy storage module; the hydrogen storage module comprises a hydrogen filling device, a metalhydrogen storage device and a pressure adjusting device, the metal hydrogen storage device is an array device composed of metal hydride hydrogen storage containers, and the metal hydride is an alloyformed by bonding hydrogen and metal under the pressure of 3-6MPa. The hydrogen storage module provided by the invention occupies a small space of an industrial vehicle, can realize the functions of hydrogen storage and industrial vehicle counterweight at the same time, and does not need additional pressurizing equipment during hydrogen filling. In addition, the invention further discloses a long-endurance industrial vehicle.

    本发明公开一种长续航工业车辆燃料电池动力系统,包括控制模块、燃料电池模块、用于向所述燃料电池模块提供氢气的储氢模块、用于对所述燃料电池模块的输出电压进行转换的电气模块和用于存储所述燃料电池模块所产生电能的储能模块,所述电气模块还用于对所述储能模块的输出电压进行转换;所述储氢模块包括氢气加注装置、金属储氢装置和压力调节装置,所述金属储氢装置为由金属氢化物储氢容器组成的阵列装置,所述金属氢化物为氢气与金属在3~6MPa压力下结形成的合金。本发明所提出的储氢模块占用工业车辆空间较小,可同时实现对于氢气存储和工业车辆配重的功能,并且在氢气加注时无需额外的加压设备。此外,本发明还公开一种长续航工业车辆。
