The invention discloses a secondary release method for an elevated down ramp intersection based on queuing length detection. The secondary release method comprises the following steps: analyzing whether the queuing length of a downstream intersection has an influence on the down ramp traffic capacity or not; according to an analysis result, evaluating whether a secondary release application condition is met or not, calculating emptying time, and setting a secondary release timing scheme; embedding a coil detector in the pavement, and setting a secondary release opening condition according to the detection data. A coil is buried near a grounding point of a down ramp of an elevated road; when it is detected that the queuing length of the intersection reaches the grounding point; a signal control scheme that the same phase is released twice in a signal period is adopted for the intersection to improve the passing efficiency of an intersection entrance lane, compared with the effect beforeand after the implementation of a secondary release signal control scheme, the result shows that after the secondary release signal control scheme is adopted, the traffic capacity of the intersectionin the down ramp direction is improved by 21%, the queuing length of the ramp in rush hours is reduced to some extent, and the congestion phenomenon of the down ramp in the rush hours is effectivelyrelieved.

    本发明公开了一种基于排队长度检测的高架下匝道交叉口的二次放行方法,包括以下步骤:分析下游交叉口排队长度是否对下匝道通行能力有影响;根据分析结果,评估是否满足二次放行适用条件,并计算清空时间,设置二次放行配时方案;在路面埋设线圈检测器,并根据检测数据设置二次放行开启条件。在高架道路下匝道接地点附近埋设线圈,当检测到交叉口排队长度达到接地点时,对交叉口采用一个信号周期内相同相位放行两次的信号控制方案,以提高交叉口进口道的通行效率,对比二次放行信控方案实施前后的效果,结果显示,采用二次放行信控方案后,交叉口下匝道方向的通行能力提升21%,高峰匝道排队长度有所减少,有效缓解高峰期下匝道的拥堵现象。
