The invention discloses a high-performance evaporator core. The high-performance evaporator core comprises a collecting pipe and a core body located in the center of the collecting pipe, wherein the core body comprises a flat pipe and fins arranged at the flat pipe; the collecting pipe is arranged to be a B-shaped pipe, and round flow dividing holes with unequal hole diameters are formed in the collecting pipe; and the thickness X of the core body is 27-33 mm. On the aspects of collecting pipe structure design and mold structure, the problems of flow dividing and machining difficulty of overflowing holes of the collecting pipe are solved, so that the sizes of the overflowing holes meet the flow requirement of refrigerants, the inner resistance of the core body is reduced, and the refrigerating capacity of the core body of the core evaporator is improved; and on the other hand, the collecting pipe flow dividing hole punched holes are round holes, mass production can be achieved throughmachining, and machining is convenient. A special flat tube structure is adopted, so that the contact area of the flat pipe and the fins is improved; and the air side heat exchange capacity of the fins is optimized, and the heat exchange capacity of the core body is improved.

    本发明公开了一种高性能蒸发器芯体,包括集流管和位于集流管中心的芯体;所述芯体包括扁管及设置在扁管处的翅片;所述集流管设置为B形管,所述集流管内部设置有不等孔径的圆形分流孔;所述芯体厚度X为27~33mm。从集流管结构设计和模具结构上,解决了集流管过流孔分流及加工难度问题,从而使过流孔大小能够满足制冷剂流量需求,降低芯体内阻,提高芯体蒸发器芯体制冷能力。另一方面,集流管分流孔冲孔采用圆形孔,加工可以实现量产,加工方便。采用特殊扁管结构,改善扁管与翅片接触面积;优化翅片空气侧换热能力,提高芯体换热能力。
