The invention discloses a steering link connector for an automobile steering system, and relates to the technical field of automobile steering structures. The steering link connector comprises a ballcup, wherein sealing end blocks are arranged on the circumferential side face of the inner wall of the opening end of the ball cup in an annular array mode, and connecting pins are arranged on the circumferential side face of the opening end of the ball cup in an annular array mode; one ends of the connecting pins are in threaded fit with the sealing end blocks, and balls are rotationally connected to the ends, close to the sealing end blocks, of the connecting pins; a ball pin is rotationally connected between the interior of the ball cup and the sealing end blocks, and the circumferential side face of the end part of the ball pin is in rolling fit with the balls. According to the steering link connector for the automobile steering system, the ball pin is sealed through enclosure of the plurality of sealing end blocks, and the balls and a limiting seat on the surface of the ball pin are matched in a rolling mode to limit the ball pin while the sealing end blocks are fixed and limitedthrough the connecting pins, so that axial movement of the ball pin in the ball cup is avoided, abrasion between the ball cup and the ball pin is reduced, the overall use performance of the connectoris guaranteed, and the service life of the connector is prolonged.

    本发明公开了一种用于汽车转向系统转向拉杆接头,涉及汽车转向结构技术领域。本发明包括球头座,球头座开口端内壁周侧面环形阵列均设有密封端块;球头座开口端周侧面环形阵列均设有连接销;连接销一端与密封端块螺纹配合;连接销靠近密封端块一端转动连接有滚珠;球头座内部与密封端块之间转动连接有球头销;球头销端部周侧面与滚珠滚动配合。本发明通过多个密封端块合围对球头销进行密封,连接销对密封端块进行固定限位的同时,滚珠与球头销表面的限位座滚动配合对球头销进行限位,避免球头销在球头座内轴向窜动,减少了球头座与球头销之间的磨损,保证了接头总体的使用性能,提高了接头的使用寿命。
