The invention discloses a bulk grain container loading-unloading device based on vision location. The device comprises a large vehicle system, a small vehicle system, a winch or an electric hoist, a lifting appliance, a container and the like. A lock rod drive motor is installed at the upper sides of the middle parts of cross beams at the front end and the rear end of the lifting appliance separately; a plurality of location sleeves are fixed to the inner sides of the cross beams at the front end and the rear end and a rotary rod is transversally installed in each location sleeve; each rotaryrod is capable of rotating and not axially moving in the corresponding location sleeve; an inner-side bevel gear group is installed at the connection position of each lock rod drive motor and the corresponding rotary rod, and then the motor is capable of driving the rotary rod to rotate after rotating; and each rotary rod is capable of driving nut sleeve elements at the two ends to be away from each other or be close to each other after rotating, and then drive rods at the two sides are driven to be synchronously extended outwards and synchronously retracted inwards. According to the bulk grain container loading-unloading device based on vision location, a location monitoring system is adopted with regard to an automatic loading-unloading control system, a small vehicle on container loading-unloading equipment is commanded to move to the left and right or move forwards and backwards, and the container lifting appliance is enabled to move to the space above the container to be grabbed to automatically grab the container.

    本发明公开了一种能够自动定位及抓取集装箱的散粮集装箱装卸装置,系装置包括大车系统、小车系统、卷扬机或电葫芦、吊具和集装箱等。吊具的前后端横梁中部上侧各安装有锁杆驱动电机,位于前后端横梁内侧固定有多个定位套且在各定位套内横向安装转杆,转杆能够在定位套内转动的不轴向移动,在锁杆驱动电机与转杆交接位置安装有内侧锥齿轮组,从而该电机转动后能驱动转杆转动,转杆转动后能够驱动两端螺母套件相互远离或相互靠近,进而驱动两侧驱动杆同步向外展开和同步向内缩进。本发明针对自动装卸控制系统采用定位监测系统,指挥集装箱装卸设备上的小车左右或前后移动,使集装箱吊具移动到要抓取的集装箱的正上方,自动抓取集装箱。
