The invention discloses a folding manned aircraft with adjustable rotor postures, which comprises a chassis, a rack assembly, rotor assemblies and a damping device, wherein the chassis is used as a support of an aircraft main body, and a manned part and a battery for providing power for the aircraft are arranged on the chassis; the rack assembly comprises a rack body and eight machine arms, the machine arms are evenly arranged around the rack body every 45 degrees, the whole is of a structure shaped like a Chinese character'mi', and the extending lengths of the machine arms can be adjusted. The eight rotor assemblies are all installed at the tail ends of the machinearms, and each rotor assembly is controlled by an independent power mechanism to achieve rotation of the rotors in different directions. The damping device is used for buffering and damping when the aircraft lands. The flight mode that the aircraft controls the direction through the rotating speed difference between the rotors is changed, advancing and steering of the aircraft are achieved by adjusting the postures of the rotors, the flight process is more stable, and the safety coefficient is higher; and the lengths ofthe arms can be adjusted as required, so that people can go out more conveniently.
