The invention discloses an indentation-free elastic sheet structure convenient to use. The structure comprises an elastic sheet and a lifting device. The elastic sheet is arranged on the lifting device and comprises an elastic sheet body. An elastic abutting portion is arranged on the elastic sheet body, and the side face of the abutting portion is in an arc shape. The elastic sheet is arranged onthe lifting device, after the lifting device achieves lifting motion, control over ascending or descending of the elastic sheet is achieved, then the work position and range of the elastic sheet arechanged, locating can be conveniently formed after elastic abutting is carried out on a product, the product can be released flexibly after fixing, and the product can be moved to the subsequent station conveniently. Through the arrangement of the elastic abutting portion on the elastic sheet, the abutting portion is used for achieving elastic contact with the product, the functions of limiting, buffering and shock absorption on the product are achieved through elastic contact, the side face of the abutting portion is arranged to be in the arc shape, it can be guaranteed that the contact faceof the abutting portion and the product is smooth and free of pointed protrusions, and the product can be effectively prevented from being scratched.

    本发明公开了一种方便使用的无压痕弹片结构,该结构包括弹片和升降装置,所述弹片设置在升降装置上,所述弹片包括弹片主体,所述弹片主体上设置有弹性的抵持部,所述抵持部的侧面呈弧形。将弹片设置在升降装置上,在升降装置升降活动后实现弹片的上升或者下降的控制,进而实现弹片的工作位置、范围的改变,方便对产品的弹性抵持后形成定位,又能在固定后灵活的实现对产品的释放,方便将产品移动到后序工位上。通过弹片上弹性的抵持部的设置,用于实现与产品的弹性接触,而弹性接触起到对产品的限位、缓冲和减震的功能,通过将抵持部的侧面设置为弧形的,可保证该抵持部与产品接触的面是光滑无尖锐凸起的,可有效的防止将产品刮花。
