The invention provides a traffic network behavior description method and device, an electronic device and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps of obtaining the road network information around a preset extreme scene and the corresponding road condition information; according to the road network information and the road condition information, identifying an abnormal road section in the current road network, an abnormal time period corresponding to the abnormal road section and a road section abnormal degree of the abnormal road section in the abnormal time period; and determining theabnormal evolution information corresponding to the current road network according to the abnormal road section and the corresponding abnormal time period and the road section abnormal degree. Basedon the abnormal diffusion behavior in the extreme scene, the evolution process of the extreme scene in the whole life cycle is understood, the road network risk points are identified, the time distribution characteristics of the abnormal road section are analyzed, the evolution rule of the abnormal area is concluded and deduced, the influence of the abnormal area on the road network in space-timeis analyzed, and the internal power of road network state recovery is explored. A description method and a quantitative index system of a traffic network behavior mechanism in the extreme scene are defined.
本申请提出一种交通网络行为描述方法、装置、电子设备及存储介质,该方法包括:获取出现预设极端场景周边的路网信息及对应的路况信息;根据路网信息和路况信息,识别出当前路网中的异常路段、异常路段对应的异常时段及异常路段在异常时段内的路段异常程度;根据异常路段及其对应的异常时段和路段异常程度,确定当前路网对应的异常演化信息。本申请基于极端场景下的异常扩散行为理解极端场景在全寿命周期内的演化过程,识别路网风险点,分析异常路段时间分布特征,归纳推断异常区域演化规律,分析异常区域在时空上对路网的影响,探究路网状态恢复的内在动力。定义了极端场景下交通网络行为机理的描述方法和量化指标体系。
