The invention provides a transmission, a hybrid power system and a hybrid power vehicle. The transmission comprises a first input shaft and a second input shaft which are coaxial and nested with eachother, the first input shaft is used for being in transmission connection with a first motor all the time, the second input shaft is used for being in transmission connection with a second motor all the time, and the second input shaft can be connected with the first input shaft in an anti-torque mode through a synchronous meshing mechanism; the transmission further comprises a third input shaft for drivingly coupling to the engine via a clutch, and the third input shaft being constantly connected to the first input shaft in a rotationally fixed manner. Therefore, the dual-motor hybrid power system comprising the transmission not only can realize various required working modes, but also can transmit torque to the clutch by the engine regardless of the speed of the vehicle, so that the working performance of the hybrid power system at various vehicle speeds is ensured. The invention further provides a vehicle comprising the hybrid power system, and the vehicle performance of the vehicleat various speeds can be ensured.
