The invention relates to a manufacturing method of a straight thrust rod and the straight thrust rod, and relates to the technical field of automobile spare and accessory parts, the thrust rod comprises a plurality of prefabricated parts, the prefabricated parts are assembled, each prefabricated part comprises a hollow straight rod and two spherical hinge seats, a first welding surface is formed at each of two ends of the straight rod. The spherical hinge base comprises a base body and a hollow welding section, one end of the welding section is connected with the base body, and the end face ofthe other end is a second welding face; the manufacturing method comprises the following steps that the second welding faces of the two welding sections are attached to the first welding faces of thetwo ends of the straight rod correspondingly, so that the welding sections and the straight rod are coaxial; the straight rod and the spherical hinge base relatively rotate around the central axis ofthe straight rod and the central axis of the spherical hinge base, and first preset pressure is applied, so that the first welding face and the second welding face extrude each other and are welded together through friction; and a second preset pressure is applied, so that the first welding surface and the second welding surface extrude each other until flanging structures are formed on the innersides and the outer sides of the first welding surface and the second welding surface to form the thrust rod.

    本申请涉及一种直型推力杆的制作方法及直型推力杆,涉及汽车零配件技术领域,该推力杆包括多个预制件,并由各预制件组装而成,多个预制件包括中空的直杆和两个球铰座,直杆的两端均形成有一个第一焊接面,球铰座包括座体和中空的焊接段,焊接段的一端与座体连接,另一端的端面为第二焊接面;该制作方法包括如下步骤:将两焊接段的第二焊接面分别与直杆两端的第一焊接面相贴合,以使焊接段与直杆同轴;使直杆和球铰座绕两者的中轴线相对旋转,并通过施加第一预设压力,以使第一焊接面和第二焊接面相互挤压,并摩擦焊接在一起;通过施加第二预设压力,以使第一焊接面和第二焊接面相互挤压,直至两者的内外两侧均形成有翻边结构,以形成推力杆。
