A rim replacing mechanism (50) is provided with: a pressing member (62) that includes a spring body (63) and a body (62A) having a pressing surface (62S) for applying a downward pressing force to theupper surface (12S) of an upper rim (12a); and an actuator (61) that vertically displaces the body (62A) within a range including upper and lower positions. The lower position is a position at which the upper surface (12S) of the upper rim (12a) can be separated downward from the lower surface (9S) of the upper spindle (9a) by having the body (62A) move downward toward the lower position while thepressing surface (62S) of the body (62A) applies the downward pressing force to the upper surface (12S) of the upper rim (12a). The spring body (63) is configured to apply the downward pressing forceto the body (62A) positioned at the lower position.

    轮辋更换机构(50)具备:包含主体部(62A)和弹簧体(63)的按压构件(62);以及使主体部(62A)在包含上方位置和下方位置的范围沿上下方向移位的致动器(61),其中,主体部(62A)具有用于对上轮辋(12a)的上表面(12S)施加向下的按压力的按压面(62S)。所述下方位置是通过一边让主体部(62A)的按压面(62S)对上轮辋(12a)的上表面(12S)施加向下的按压力一边让主体部(62A)朝向该下方位置移动至下方,从而能够使上轮辋(12a)的上表面(12S)从上心轴(9a)的下表面(9S)朝向下方离开的位置。弹簧体(63)对配置在所述下方位置的主体部(62A)施加向下的按压力。
