The invention discloses an artificial intelligence congestion detection system, which comprises: an image collection module for collecting road vehicle images of all road sections intersected at the same intersection; a signal lamp recognition module for recognizing the current signal lamp color and completing preprocessing of the vehicle image according to the recognition result of the signal lamp color; an abnormal condition identification module for identifying traffic accident abnormal conditions in the road vehicle images; a traffic flow calculation module for identifying vehicle characteristics and lane line characteristics in the road vehicle images and respectively counting traffic flow data of each road section in different directions; a vehicle speed calculation module for calculating the average vehicle speed of the motorcade driving to different directions; and a congestion detection module for realizing the evaluation of the congestion condition of the current road sectionbased on a preset congestion detection model according to the obtained traffic accident abnormal condition, traffic flow data and motorcade average vehicle speed data. According to the invention, thereal-time traffic jam condition of each road section can be accurately and quickly obtained.

    本发明公开了一种人工智能的拥堵检测系统,包括:图像采集模块,用于交汇于同一路口的各条路段的路面车辆图像的采集;信号灯识别模块,用于当前信号灯颜色的识别,并根据信号灯颜色的识别结果完成车辆图像的预处理;异常情况识别模块,用于识别路面车辆图像中的车祸异常情况;车流量计算模块,用于识别路面车辆图像中的车辆特征、车道线特征,并分别统计各条路段上驶向不同方向的车流量数据;车速计算模块,用于计算驶向不同方向的车队的平均车速;拥堵检测模块,用于根据所得的车祸异常情况、车流量数据、车队平均车速数据基于预设的拥堵检测模型实现当前路段拥堵情况的评估。本发明能够准确并快速的实现各路段实时交通拥堵情况的获取。
