Since the numbers of the shared bicycles corresponding to the saturation states of the shared bicycles at different traffic intersections are different, whether to send out acleaning request or not is determined by comparing the actual number of the shared bicycles obtained based on real-time monitoring with the number of the shared bicycles corresponding to the saturation states, thereby avoiding congestion of the urban traffic intersections due to the shared bicycles.
