In the present invention, a GA-BP neural network prediction model of motorcycle helmet wearing conditions is used; through cooperation with data collection, the helmet wearing condition of the driver can be predicted to score whether inclination of police force is needed or not; through prediction, a traffic police department can conveniently distribute police force to check and supervise the driver in a section where the phenomenon of not wearing helmets is serious, the road traffic safety is improved, the life safety of people is guaranteed, the application field is new, and the practical significance value is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种基于神经网络的摩托车头盔佩戴情况预测评价模型,属于交通安全技术领域,对训练样本数据进行预处理,随后确定输入输出、隐含层传递函数等参数,最后确定网络拓扑结构,采集初始BP神经网络权值和阈值,传递给GA对初始值编码生成初始种群,然后确定适应度函数计算适应度,选择适应度强的染色体进行复制,随后交叉和变异并生成新种群。本发明中,利用摩托车头盔佩戴情况GA‑BP神经网络预测模型,配合数据的收集,能够预测出驾驶员头盔佩戴情况评分得出是否需要警力倾斜,能通过预测,便于交警部门分配警力去不佩戴头盔现象严重的地段检查督促驾驶员,提高道路交通安全,保障人民生命安全,应用领域新且具有现实意义价值。
