The oil cylinder lifting system comprises an oil tank, an electric proportional variable pump assembly, a first electromagnetic reversing valve, a balance valve, a pilot control constant-delivery pump, an electric proportional pressure relief valve, a jacking oil cylinder, a first pressure sensor anda second pressure sensor; the oil tank, the electric proportional variable pump assembly, the first electromagnetic reversing valve and the jacking oil cylinder communicate with one another sequentially; the balance valve communicates with the jacking oil cylinder and the first electromagnetic reversing valve; the oil tank, the pilot control constant-delivery pump and the electric proportional pressure relief valve communicate with one another sequentially; the electric proportional pressure relief valve communicates with a pilot control opening of the balance valve; the first pressure sensoris suitable to be arranged on a communicating pipeline between the first electromagnetic reversing valve and the balance valve; and the second pressure sensor is suitable to be arranged on a communicating pipeline between the jacking oil cylinder and the balance valve. The oil cylinder lifting system and the oil cylinder lifting control method have the beneficial effects as follows: the oil cylinder lifting system can operate more reasonably and stably.
